Rules and Guidelines to be followed by all members, those who do not comply will be warned then kicked.
For now, Vrystaat (FunVake) is in control, once we are more settled we can think about voting and other things like that, although I will still always ask about the big stuff. If Vrystaat is afk, then diplomacy and war will be handled by Officers (starting with Skullaziland and working down). Officers in this case may negotiate, put us in war mode (for defence) and anything. except declare war.
You may not attack anyone in an alliance/federation without prior permission, you will be asked to stop. If you do, expect to have to pay reparations in some way, regardless of winning or losing. Constant behavior in this vein will result in us kicking you out.
If one of our members is attacked, and needs help, then an alliance comm (to all members) will be sent out and you may be obligated to send money/men/
resources, if you can visibly spare it.
If one of our members is attacked, and needs help, you may be asked to attack the aggressor or assist in espionage. Refusal is only validated by a very good excuse.
If you have more GDP than other members, and have spare money at any point, please send it along to those in need of economic advancement.
If you are going inactive for a time, please inform Vrystaat, although we will keep all inactives in the alliance until it has been established beyond doubt they are no longer playing.
Aggression against fellow members is categorically forbidden and any sort of continued aggression will be retaliated against. (if you attack and we tell you to stop and you don't)
Those not in an alliance are free game, beware however of those with chems/nukes (If they are not inactive, they will fight back however they can)
If you attack a country that is not in an alliance but need help in bringing the war to a successful conclusion, no one is obligated to assist, but you may ask.
If you would like to say something to the entire alliance, comm Vrystaat with the message
Cheating, hacking or multying results in immediate expulsion from the alliance.
In terms of diplomacy, only those with power granted by Vrystaat (TrollKiller) may engage in diplomacy. In addition, no shitposting on any Bloc related forum, and no one may say anything to other alliance leaders/members that is not unimportant without prior permission. Diplomacy is the name of the game, and this game is meta.
Leaking alliance secrets/intentions is forbidden, and will result in expulsion and placement on the shitlist.
