Executive Outcomes is a growing alliance of countries with a western, free market focus. We believe in a few things: soldiers, guns, cash, oil, and raw minerals. But mainly, we believe in winning. We were once known as the Zuid-Afrikaanse Heilige Lager (ZAHL), and before that, the South African Protectorate (SAP), and are on good diplomatic terms with all the old major players.
